Course starts in September.  Doctors are expected to arrive in St
Petersburg, Russia to register month of September.

It takes approximately 30 days to have a hard copy visa invitation
issued to the doctor, which we must express mail to you for
presentation at a Russian consulate for issuance of your visa. Only
the original hard copy of the visa invitation (no faxed copies) is
acceptable at the Russian consulate.

In the past because doctors were permitted to enroll late, the visa
invitation letters where issued late, which resulted in some of the
enrolled doctors not attending the course.

All doctors must apply by July 31 for the course offered in
September.  Application received after July 31 can only be
considered on a case by case basis. Phone 714-520-1457 with

Doctors who apply by July 31 will have their visa invitation letters
issued and expressed mailed to them by September 1.  This will
permit the doctor to have his visa issued in his passport and to
arrive to register during September.
